running TeamSpeak & Ventrilo Server on Ubuntu LTS 8.04 Desktop Edition

Hello,

I've been wanting to setup both of these server programs on Ubuntu Desktop 8.04 however
I've had various levels of success but really looking for anyone who's tried this and would appreciate if anyone could share their success in getting them to run.
Another important thing I wanted to be able to do is to have both of them to run automatically on startup.

Previously, in the repositories for older version (7.10) TeamSpeak Server was available to install on Ubuntu 7.10 Desktop but, for some reason, this has been removed and no longer possible to install it from either release.

I've had no problem to install Ventrilo itself but, I would love to be able to get it to run on startup.

Anyone out there got any good info or guidance to help get this done is greatly appreciate....
