Default Setup up name server that redirects all domains to a page on web server

I want to setup ns.domain.com so if someone points blah.com to the name server it will redirect all requests to the web server running on the box. Is their a way I can do this?

Thanks!

BTW: im using CentOS 5

All you need is a normal nameserver setup. You can do this with BIND, MyDNS, djbdns, etc.

So I just install, say BIND, and it will just point to the web server?
