Your server is naot able to resolve domain names at the moment. Please make sure that the nameservers in the file /etc/resolv.conf are correct and reachable from your system.

You will have to login as root user of course as described in the perfect setup guide to install software or edit configuration files.

I'm not surprised at that. You post multiple times a day without giving s/o a chance to even answer and insult people with rude answers. Do you really think that invites people to answer to your posts?

BTW:
1) You're trying to set this up inside a VM. First assure your IP and DNS settings of the VM are correct and your VM is able to work properly.
2) Yes you are root. But typing in the name of a file without a command is a bit .. useless at least. That makes me wonder if you have any background *nix-wise? If not it wouldn't be the worst to read a bit about that first prior to setup such a system. But not to be accused as unkind person, try typing "cat /etc/resolv.conf" to show the content of given file so people can help you any further.

Greetings
Grey

To edit /etc/resolv.conf, run
Code:
vi /etc/resolv.conf
The usage of vi is explained here: http://www.howtoforge.com/faq/12_15_en.html
