Default Problems with Backup of web data

Hello,

It seems when I go to Tools to backup web data or even mysql, the download size is very small such as 1KB. It used to work, but not sure what could of gone wrong now. Anyone else see such a problem?

Also, ISPConfig Version: 2.2.14 is used.

Is there a detailed explanation how to safely upgrade?

Regards

Back up /root/ispconfig, /home/admispconfig and the ISPConfig database, then download the latest ISPConfig version, uncompress it, and run
Code:
cd install_ispconfig
./setup
