Question Ubuntu 7.10 and Windows password/user sync?

Hi,
I hope you can help me.
I have an server park with 1 windows 2003 active directory and 6 Ubuntu 7.10 servers on my network.
The problem is that when I change the password in Windows I want to get the password synced out to my ubuntu servers and vice verse.
So trough ssh or samba or ldap i would like to have the same users on my ubuntu servers as on my windows so some kind of authorisation against the windows server.

Anyone who know any good artical about this??

best regards
Peter
