The link to donwload the phpMyadmin it's broken.

Probably phpmyadmin version 2.9.1 is not available there anymore, because it's rather old.

I do recomend to use the latest phpmyadmin version 2.11.6, which you can download here.

But if you still want to use phpmyadmin version 2.9.1, i have the package for you. It can be downloaded here.

Where exactly (URL) do you see that link? The version linked on http://www.ispconfig.org/downloads.htm is 2.11.6.
