Default Mail Server Setup With Exim, MySQL, Cyrus-Imapd, Horde Webmail On Centos 5.1

Hi,
I've just installed and double check all the config files from the howto, but when i try to open my browser to the IP of the server nothing happens, blank page, both on http and https.
I've put a test index.html in /var/www/html and my browser shows it !!!
Any help is welcome
