Default Network Management Software
hello...i new here and i need some help with my university degree project...

well...i need a network management software...this should look like this

i`ve worked with debian,ubuntu and fedora core but especialy web hosting part,not with software routers bla bla...
i need a howto for this application...please help me....

there is some good examples,but i need a program more simple than that...
and the most important thing,to be programmed by me 100%
can you help me with some tutorials to build from scratch an integrated software for network management?
