Default Strange email from ispconfig

The following groups are near or already over their quota limit on server vps.axoc.co.uk:
================================================== =

Group: web6
Used Storage Space: 152.69 MB
Allocated Storage Space: 100.00 MB
whats strange is that the quota is set at 1000MB, says as clear as day in the control panel and its not been changed recently. Logs show the email was received 2hrs ago.
