Default how to change website root directory name to 'public_html'?

I have ISPConfig 2.2.22 installed on my centOS 5.1 box. I found the website root directory name is 'web', I wonder how to change it to 'public_html'?

The directory is named web and not public_html and this can not be changed without changing the ISPConfig sources in many places.

Get ISPConfig support and the ISPConfig 3 manual from ispconfig.org.
