You mean the server lost its network connectivity completely?
Have a look at these threads:

thanks falco,

no about that, cause the value of $go_info["server"]["network_config"] is 0
on my file /home/admispconfig/ispconfig/lib/config.inc.php.

Now, i know what the problem is. that is on executing ispconfig_server service need to supplay the RSA Key Password who generate on installation ISPConfig. so, now I can Enter to My PC again.

But Why it should be enter the password RSA Key??
anyway, Can it process running without supplay RSA Key??

Thanks

Please have a look here:

In step 7 ("Encrypting RSA private key of CA with a pass phrase for security [ca.key]")and step 8 ("Encrypting RSA private key of SERVER with a pass phrase for security [server.key]") of the certificate creation process you are asked if you want to encrypt the respective key now. Choose n there because otherwise you will always be asked for a password whenever you want to restart the ISPConfig system which means it cannot be restarted without human interaction!
You can recreate the SSL certificates without reinstallation. please have a look here:
