Hi psychobeauty,

the drivers for Intel WLAN cards are installed on Fedora 8 by default - there's no need to install another driver.

Please have a look at ...

http://www.howtoforge.com/installati...ra8-desktop-p3 - step 4.5.1, 4.5.2 and 4.10

http://www.howtoforge.com/installati...ra8-desktop-p6 - step 11

Best regards,

Olli

Hi psychobeauty,

set a fixed value for the wireless channel in the router configuration and set the encryption to WPA/WPA2.

Best regards,

Olli
