Exclamation 100% of one CPU core usage

Hello!

Sorry for my second post.

But my problem still not solved.

I have problem with ispconfig_httpd -DSSL

This interface use 100% of one CPU core. This process can change CPU core 1 or 2.
I have ispconfig-2.2.35 and phpmyadmin 3.2.5

I can restart ispconfig and after that is all ok, but it is not a decision.
I use rhunter and chrootkit - no problem founded.

Please, here is my log from htop:

Are there any errors in the error log in /root/ispconfig/httpd/logs/?

Hm, there's nothing in there that indicates why CPU usage goes up...
