Default ISPConfig and 42go

Since ISPConfig and 42go are both ISP Control Panel Management Tools, am just ondering of how far they are from cPanel and or control panels for Hosting companies out there. I have never used cPanel before but I have heard about them in some web forums.

ISPConfig and 42go are controlpanels for hosting companys. Thats the pupose of these software packages. 42goISP is in use by hosting companys for years now.
