Default Mail records

I am running isp with debian etch. I have just added a second website and the email will not work for that site. Do I need the MX records to point to that site or the server. I am new to this and a little confused. Not sure what information I need to provide so just let me know.

A MX record may point to the domain or hostname of the server, as long as the domain or hostname points with a DNS A-Record to the IP of the server. Which ISP management software do you use?
