writeconf.php NOT Running??

Doesnt seem to get run. Is there a way i can check to make sure it is able to run properly?

I fi run it as root I get the expected output however if i make changes to users say adding a new user then wait 20 minutes and try to login to email it doesnt run but then i run that script as root and it updates the user and then i can login.

Maybe the daemon process that executes the script has dies. Please run:

/etc/init.d/ispconfig_server restart

Seems all my problems were connected...writeconf.php was running however it couldnt write the sigfiles due to a permissions issue on the wolder, once I corrected that all seems well.
