Default Postfix on Debian Sarge Perfect Setup

Hi again, since setup was sucessfull I didn't want to mix topics so now this is a postfix related issue.
Any mail adress is built user@host.domain way but I what I'm looking for is more like user@domain
Tutorial said to point /etc/mailname so, just change that file or tell postfix to use domain to mail adresses?
