Default how to recover deleted data from LVM on top of RAID 5

Hi all

I had to move some data from one server to another server, which shortly after I moved all the data crashed and corrupted the HDD's

Is there a way to recover data that was moved (is it the same as deleted?) off the HDD's, if I have 3 HDD's setup with software RAID 5, with LVM & EXT3 on top of it?
