You must use a username created in ISPConfig (on the User & Email tab of a web site). Such users have names like web1_someuser.
Please make sure that you don't mix up ISPConfig users (that can log in to ISPConfig) and system users (that can use email and FTP).

Have you tried both active and passive FTP?

In your FTP client (which one do you use?) you can select between active and passive FTP. Please try both.

Thumbs up

Great Falko,

Sorry for the delay. Here in Brazil is "carnaval"...

I use the "WSFTP".

I select active and now worked.

Thanks.
