Is this normal?

If you've created a site without defining an FTP-user with administrative rights, the site belongs to the user nobody. Please have also have a look at the appendix point 4) at the end of: http://ispconfig.org/downloads/manua...n_en_src.htm#2

This is nothing to worry about.
