Lightbulb Which Apt files to use for Suse 10.0 ? (perfect Suse 9.3)

Hi ,

I read the excellent tutorial: Perfect setup Suse 9.3

Falko talks about these files to get Apt to work:
rpm -ivh suse/apt/SuSE/9.3-i386/RPMS.suser-rbos/\
apt-libs-0.5.15cnc7-0.suse093.rb0.i586.rpm
rpm -ivh suse/apt/SuSE/9.3-i386/RPMS.suser-rbos/\
apt-0.5.15cnc7-0.suse093.rb0.i586.rpm

I'm installing a 10.0 SUSE release and I cannot find these files in the respective 10.0 directories, can someone tell me which files to use..?

Many thanks in advance...

For SuSe 10 please use the SuSe 10 version of the howto:

Hi Till,

Can you tell me on which page the stuff about using apt is explained..?

As far as I can tell, there is no mention of using apt with Suse 10 in this tutorial (maybe because somebody else then falko wrote it..?)

TIA

I have written the howto together with falko. Apt is not needed. Simply forget anything you read in the SuSe 9.3 howto and follow the SuSe 10 howto. As result you will get the same setup, but for SuSe 10.
