Red face How to download ispconfig file to ubuntu 7.10

I know... it's a dumb question for most but hey I'm a noob :-)

just need to know how to get a copy of the ispconfig file to be able to try the install and know I cannot obviously from apt get

So can someone slap me silly and tell me how I can get the file to the server.
(be it via FTP maybe...) Just need to know where and how to pull it to the server.

Thanks

Nibbles

You may use e.g. this command:

Code:
http://switch.dl.sourceforge.net/sourceforge/ispconfig/ISPConfig-2.2.19.tar.gz
