Default Backuppc Webinterface-Link for Backuppc-config is missing

Hi!

After installation of backuppc (thanks for this great howto) I can configure host/backuptasks.. with config/host files.

Backuppc offers a webinterface for configuration too but this link "Konfiguration ändern" (change config) is not available for me. (Webinterface is available! Only the link "Konfiguration ändern" is not available.

I am missing this configpage:

I think the BackupPC versions in both tutorials differ. The Debian package might contain an older version.
