Default Creating Your Own ubuntu With Remastersys

Hi, I have a read the "Creating Your Own Custom Ubuntu 7.10 Or Linux Mint 4.0 Live-CD With Remastersys", how to.

And i have a simple question.

# If i make a "sudo remastersys backup (to make a livecd/dvd backup of your system)", how do i re-back it.
Shall i put the cd in my computer and start the live cd i just made and install it on the same way i installed ubuntu, and will it then be my backup it will install?
