Default Missing files?

Hi guys,
I'm having a couple of problems with this release, it seems to work just fine, but I would like to add a more flexible way of assigning domains to users, so I can actually change it a bit easier, for instance by adding users/groups to a domain/SOA directly.
I tried using the BE Designer included in the release, but it seems to be missing some files to be working, list_list.php for instance. Does these files exist anywhere?
Or does anyone have a better idea for me to simplify this a bit, so I can set the users who has access to each domain directly using the Admin account?

The BE designer is work in progress and not fully implemented. I recommend that you edit the menu files manually.

Has anyone already made these changes by chance? My PHP isn't that good, so this is gonna take me some time to implement...
