Default Untangle "distro" Opinion

I need some proxy-cache-probablyfirewall solution that can manage users and control things like days and hours to navigate the web and so on, i was thinking about mounting squid, iptables and all that in some debian but then, surfing the web around i have found this Untangle "distro" that seems to have all those things and many more , so guys, do you have any word of advice about it? has anyone worked with it? any opinion it will be gladly welcome .

Never heard of it. Do you have a link? Maybe I can play around with it if I find the time.
