Daily administration tasks for Email Gateway

Hello,
Thanks for all the help getting my email gateway up and running. I followed the "How to" titled "Postfix Spam Filter using Ubuntu Dapper, MailScanner, SpamAssassin, Razor, Pyzor, DCC and ClamAV" accept I'm running Ubuntu Edgy. It's been doing it's thing for three weeks now and I'm happy with the performace. However, I would like to know if there are any recommended daily administration tasks I should be performing on the server. How about updating the AntiVirus, AntiSpam & Content components? Log maintenance? Thanks in advance.

You should take a look at the logs every now and then and run

apt-get update
apt-get upgrade

to keep the system up-to-date.
