Default cant send mail after upgrade to ispconfig 2.1.2

The Domain disseta-beauty.com is not reachable in DNS. Please check the settings in your DNS Server and at the domain registry.

thanks.
i solve the problem by reinstall the ispconfig, but another problem is i cant see the email user in the ispconfig server but i can use the user name to send mail. pls help

Users and email addresses created prior to your ISPConfig install where not managed by ISPConfig and are not visible in the ISPConfig web interface.

how to remove previous user name and email account and so that i can
re-enter into the ispconfig server, pls help
