Default 2.6.12 debian install problems

I still concider myself a noob .. and I loaded a XP 2600 with 1gb ram
with a net install of debian.

# uname -a
Linux serv1 2.6.12-1-386 #1 Tue Sep 27 12:41:08 JST 2005 i686 GNU/Linux

I followed the debian 3.1 documentation on the web site.. I feel there might be some parts missing

It deletes the 'install_ispconfig' dir for me..

It tells me all these missing files..

am I to download and add these files some place.. the setup error on line 771 in setup2 is
ispconfig_tmp/php/bin/php -n -q check.php


Now I have php5 and 4 installed and gcc is the latest version..

I need some help here...

I guess the error ocures much earlier. this error is just a consequence of the first errors.

seems like something is not ok with your servertime - perhaps checking the output of

ZyanKlee is right, you have to adjust your system time before you install ISPConfig. For example, you could run

/usr/sbin/rdate 128.2.136.71
to do so.

Default my progress

well it worked perfect right up till it asked for my mysql password.. (I forgot it ) so dam

I reloaded anyway since i wanted the stable sarge anyway..

I reloaded now I am stuck at what to enter for the
Please enter the host name: E.g. www I entered www
Please enter the domain: E.g. xyz.de I entered dotcomcanadian
then it stops the install script.. telling me that it can't find it or its invalid..

Now I never setup much for ip and bind cause I don't have that info
is there any way to just setup just the basics so when I do put it live I go through that stuff
later just want it up and runing to play with

before I actualy make it live

Instead of entering the domain, you can leave hostname empty and enter your IP address instaed of the domain name.
