Default installation problem HELP!

Hello , i was following the install guide from http://www.howtoforge.com/perfect_setup_debian_etch
and all went smooth , but while installing ispconfig this error occurs

Can anyone help please? I am trying for hours to find out why.
the pc is a pentium 800mhz
384 ram
120GB HD

it had before ispconfig but i wanted to upgrade to debian 4 so i did a format and reinstall to make it from scratch and this happened HELP!
