You must set the co-domain to external mailserver too, not just the website.

Hi,

You are right. I change the co-domain option to External Mailserver and now it works.

Can you please tell me why we have to change to co-domain option to?

The website is www.domain.tld and the co-domain is domain.tld.

If your email addresses are ...@domain.tld and not ...@www.domain.tld, you will have to set the co-domain to external mailserver. If the website is set to external mailserver does not matter in this case.

But this is answered in the forum already several times
