Default problem with deleting

Dear All
When i put on some site that the domai is
test.gov.ps
and then return and deleting this site

then i create another site by putting the same domain but it gives me a letter
The name www.test.gov.ps is already in use by another site or domain.
i am sure that i deletted the site for that domain

How i can solve the problem

The old www.test.gov.ps is still in one of the recycle bins. You can either restore it from the recycle bin or delete it from there, and after you've deleted it from the recycle bin you can create a new site www.test.gov.ps.
