Default Timeout sending e-mails

Hello

We often get timeouts sending e-mails via ouer ISPConfig server.
The setups is based on The perfect setup by falco.
What settings should I adjust?

Which distribution? Any errors in your mail log? Have you checked if your server got blacklisted? http://www.mxtoolbox.com/blacklists.aspx
