Log file not being trimmed

Most of the web logs are OK, but one is getting bigger and bigger each day.

The site in question is web38 and so I guess that these error messages from webalizer's script output are part of the problem. The bit starting Warning: is repeated several times before the script finishes running.

line 167 of the webalizer.php file is

closedir($dirstream);

This is the error:
