Default User changed password doesn't work

User changed password doesn't work if I change it from ISPConfig admin interface. But If I change from terminal with #passwd 'user', it works.
Does ISPConfig change the password instantly or wait ?

ISPConfig starts the update process about 10 seconds after the password was changed in the interface. How long it takes depends on the number of users of the site.

But most likely the ISPConfig daemon script has just died. Run:

/etc/init.d/ispconfig_server restart
