Lightbulb apache 1.3

Hello with all, one can choose apache (1.3) by default to make function the server Web, instead of apache2 on a debian sarge, which is to indicate: http://www.howtoforge.com/perfect_setup_debian_sarge

ISPConfig supports apache 1.3 as well as apache 2, so its your choice.
