Default Bootable DVD?

Hello folks,
I would like to create a DVD with all of my favorite OS's included such as ubuntu, vector, suse, etc.. Anyone have a tutorial for doing this? I tried to use Nero and the create boot dvd but it didn't work. Thanks in advance.
