How To Build Red Hat Enterprise IPA RPMs For CentOS 5

Hi,

I'm trying to install IPA following the tutorial, has any one managed to do this? I'm stuck at trying to compile Turbogears. I have python-setuptools installed but the rpm build fails because the -devel is missing, has any one found a work round?.

I believe that all thats needed is the easy_install, can I force the rpmbuild ?
