ok, excuse my English, may be it is bad, especially after hard working day. So:

Ispconfig can set the mx record of domain automatically. Where can I change the default mx server?

As far as I know, ISPConfig uses either the server name that you entered under management > server > settings or the domain name itself. This can not be changed without programming.
