Default cant delete DNS entries

I have system Centos 5 , php 5.1.6 , mysql 5, ISPconfig 2.2.18.. When I deleted DNS entries they're appeared in recycle bin , then I am trying to Empty recycle bin ... nothing happens , then I can search this entries in [search],but I can't delete it , dns_isp_dns table contains this entries all the time ..../home/admispconfig/ispconfig/ispconfig.log contains no errors......I've changed crontab for cleanup.php ...
10,20,30,40,50 * * * * /root/ispconfig/php/php /root/ispconfig/scripts/shell/cleanup.php &> /dev/null , but all the time I see old structure of sites in /var/www...
