Default Download interrupted

I downloaded the boot.iso and burned that on a CD and booted from it. The net install began. The connection got reset when I was 15 minutes away from complete download and install.
Do I have to download the whole thing again or it the downloaded packages in the cache /var/cache/apt/archives ?
If I use UNetbootin will I be able to continue from where I lost connection? or should I use the CD for network install. I has the network.img
