Question How to change MySQL root password?

How do I change the MySQL root password without confusing ISPConfig?

If I change the root MySQL password in phpmyadmin using privileges > edit privileges and then change password it works fine for MySQL and phpmyadmin. The problem is I now cannot access ISPConfig!

Where do I change the root MySQL password that ISPConfig uses?
