Default Backup windows machines?

Does anyone know of an open source program I can run on my linux fileserver to do LIVE backups of Windows XP machines (while windows is still running), that can be restored from bare metal, ie. without reinstalling windows first before recovering?

I'm using backupninja for my linux machines, but I haven't found anything suitable for my windows ones.

You could check bacula (www.bacula.org) which is a open source central backup system, providing agents also for windows.
