Configurable soa and rr table names

Because my MyDNS installation is integrated into our intranet I'm using non-standard table names for soa and rr. I've therefore modified mydnsconfig to add configuration options for those table names and edited all the queries to use the config values.

Is there an official way I can contribute a patch in case this is useful to anyone else?

I also have a slightly modified version of the setup document which contains the SQL required to modify existing MyDNS tables to add all the sys_* fields for people that aren't starting with a clean slate.
