Login in to outlook using email address not the isp username??

I was trying to setup my outlook and it dosen't take the email address as the user name it takes web1_bla instead. how can i modify this?

What you describe is the correct behaviour. The Username for pop3 and imap and smtp-auth begins with web... and is not the email address. The webmail does just a lookup of this username in the sql database when you type in the email address.
