Default Segmentation fault

I have linux Enterprise 4 email server . some time a huge email come at the usrers. user can not be able to recieved email.

on server did not show any email on server
command: mail -f /var/spool/mail/username

error found is : segmentation fault.

Could be a sign of a hardware failure or of too few resources (memory).

Default segmentation fault

Dear Sir,

we have quit enough memory & New IBM Server & 4 disk Raid level 5 with hot spare server.

complete erorr is :
fseek:invalid argument
panic: temporary file seek
aborted.


please check it again and help us.
