cyrus-sasl-saslauthd missing

Trying to install cyrus-sasl-saslauthd as part of this tutorial and I cannot find it even searching through yast2's software management. Everything else installed fine.

Furthermore, I've also not been able to install the following:

compat-readline4
bind-devel
libmysqlclient-devel
cyrus-sasl-otp

All of which are part of the tutorial. Can someone please direct me to the appropriate installations?

edit: add this to the list:
courier-imap
fam-server
courier-authlib
