Postfix, Courier, Mailbox folder names...

Where do I have to change folder names for email accounts?, right now, when a mailbox is created, names are in english... with roundcube I have no problem to see them in spanish, but in outlook, all folders are named in english...

So, what I want, is that folder were created in spanish, or in english, but I want to define a different name for them to be show in mail clients...

This is something managed by postfix or by courier? who is in charge of folder creation wheren a mailbox is created?
