Cant Find welcome mail

I read the documentation about the welcome mail. it can create salutatory email for new customer. In my ispconfig, i cant find the welcome mail under Tools--> welcome mail. How to enable it? or have i missing something in installation process??

heave you search at

Management --> Settings --> Others ?

if you creat resellers in your ISP Manager you must define the welcome mail also for the resellers.
