Openvpn and Static IP For CLient

dear..
I have Configure Openvpn Base on http://www.thebakershome.net/?q=node/56
But i have some proble with my client, when one of my client connect to Openvpn Server, he get DHCP IP from OpenVpn, I want my client get Static Ip..
I have tried to configure like at http://openvpn.net/static.html, but that not running for me...how about that ?? some body help me ??
